Tapetly

Privacy policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This policy explains how Onfollow Group LLC (“we”), which runs Tapetly, handles personal data when you visit tapetly.com or contact us, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

Data controller: Onfollow Group LLC, 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. Contact for any data matter: hello@tapetly.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact and demo form: name, email, and optionally business name, phone, city, number of shops and your message.
  • Emails you send us: the content of the email and your address.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider processes basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website.

3. Why we use it and legal basis

  • To answer your request and arrange a demo — your consent and steps before a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
  • To protect the site from abuse and spam — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who processes it for us

Data is stored in a database hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) by Supabase. The site is served by Vercel. Emails are received and handled through Cloudflare and Google (Gmail). These providers act as processors under data processing agreements; where data may be transferred outside the EU, this happens under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

We never sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep it

We keep form requests for as long as needed to serve you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case the terms of the service apply. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.

6. Your rights

  • Access your data and receive a copy.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask for deletion or restriction of processing.
  • Object to processing and receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting past processing.

Write to hello@tapetly.com and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

7. Data of carpet cleaners’ customers

When a business uses the Tapetly app (tapetly.app), it is the controller of its own customers’ data and Tapetly acts as its processor. Each business’s data is kept completely separate and is only accessible to that business.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
